岡山市在住の移住者の情報アクセス調査

このプロジェクトの目的は、岡山市に居住する移住者による地域サービスへの情報アクセスにおける障壁を理解することです。そのために、地域サービスに関する公式情報源としての岡山市ウェブサイトの使いやすさについて、アンケートやタスクベースのインタビューを通じて、移民の背景を持つ市住民によって評価してもらい、問題点や具体的なアクセシビリティの障壁を明らかにします。
あらゆる在留資格を持つ移民や帰国日本人を含む約100人の参加者から定量・定性データを収集します。
アンケートは複数の言語で行われ、インタビューは日本語、やさしい日本語、英語、または希望に応じて通訳を介して行われます。
期待される成果には、市の改善点を含む提言報告書や学術研究論文が含まれます。この研究の成果は、岡山市におけるより包括的な情報提供を促進することを目指し、移住研究や情報研究、さらには実際のサービスアクセスに貢献する予定です。

This ongoing project aims to understand information barriers faced by residents with migration backgrounds in accessing local services in Okayama City. To do so, the usability of the Okayama City website, as an official information source about local services, will be evaluated by City residents with migration backgrounds via surveys and task-based interviews to identify pain points and specific accessibility barriers. Data will be collected from approximately 100 participants, including migrants of any Status of Residence and Japanese returnees. The surveys will be available in multiple languages, and interviews will be conducted in Japanese, easy Japanese, English, or with a translator if preferred. Expected outputs include a recommendation report with points of improvement for the City and an academic research paper. The findings of this research will contribute to migration studies and information studies, as well as practically to service access, to foster more inclusive information practices in Okayama City.
